Archives are stored in 2 different qualities to suit different needs and bandwidth constraints:
128 kbps = best quality/ more bandwidth required. 57.6 megabytes per hour of sound (past 15 days available)
32 kbps = poorer quality/ less bandwidth required. 14 megabytes per hour of sound (past 90 days available)
